• Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective or incorrect
• Personalized and made-to-order products are not returnable unless damaged, defective or incorrect
• Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs
• Refund issued after the returned product is received and inspected
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the mistake was yours
