All Aureli Threads products are carefully handcrafted and packed in India.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship products are normally processed within 3 business days.

Made-to-order or personalized products may require additional production time. The estimated processing time is displayed on the relevant product page.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to the United States and selected international destinations.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs processing, courier delays, weather or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed after the order has been dispatched.

Customs and import charges

International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been dispatched.

Damaged packages

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged. Include your order number, photographs of the product and photographs of the outer packaging.
